Protect your seeds from birds, cats, and the harsh sun. Once you have sown your seeds , cover them with the Seed Protector cloth. Cut with scissors to suit your needs. Use stones, pegs or stakes to hold the edges of the cloth down. Keep an eye on them and once they are pushing up against the protector cloth you can remove the protector or alternatively push some short stakes into the soil as 'tent poles' to hold the material up a little higher over the seedlings. Grass seedlings will easily grow through the spaces in the material , and can thicken and mature before the Seed Protector needs removed.
